Moti Palace Tandoor Food in Hong Kong

Tandoori is a cooking method that is very popular in India. It typically uses an enclosed clay or metal oven called a Tandoor. Moti Palace remains true to this traditional way of cooking some of our popular dishes.
We start by marinating chicken, lamb, and other meats with a set of ingredients that harmoniously complement each other. Some of these ingredients include plain yogurt, annatto seeds, turmeric, saffron, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, and other various Indian spices.
Then we cook the marinated meat in our Tandoor with high and intense heat from the base of the oven using wood or charcoal.
This method of cooking produces a very tender, juicy, smoky, and barbecue flavour that is as unique as the combination of ingredients we use.
